The Jaffna Regional Centre Library, one of eight regional libraries of the Open University of Sri Lanka (OUSL), is located in Kokuvil, Jaffna. The library is dedicated to supporting the academic and research needs of students and faculty members, enhancing the learning experience for all users in the region.

Our mission is to provide easy access to a diverse range of educational resources, creating an environment conducive to learning and research. We are committed to supporting the academic endeavors of OUSL students by offering a comprehensive collection of study materials, including textbooks, journals, and other academic resources.
