The Batticaloa Regional Centre Library is one of the 8 Regional Centre Libraries of the Open University of Sri Lanka, situated in Batticaloa within the Eastern Province of Sri Lanka.

The library houses an extensive collection of textbooks, OUSL course materials, past question papers, law reports, and periodicals recommended by university faculties to support the learning and research needs of students across the region.
