The Batticaloa Regional Centre Library is one of the 8 Regional Centre Libraries of the Open University of Sri Lanka. It is located at PPF2+2JH, Batticaloa, in the Eastern Province of Sri Lanka.

The library houses a collection of study materials recommended by the academic staff of the university. These materials are intended for reference use only and are available to support the learning needs of OUSL students.

Opening Hours: Tuesday to Saturday, 8.30 AM to 4.15 PM
