Mrs. H.P.S.D. Gunasekera, the Deputy Librarian at the Open University of Sri Lanka, brings over 30 years of experience in library services and academic support. Throughout her career, she has played an integral role in advancing e-information resources, copyright protection, and distance education support services. Her contributions to the library field include research on learner satisfaction, information seeking behavior, and the effective use of e-resources in distance education. Mrs. Gunasekera’s leadership continues to shape the strategic direction of library services at OUSL, ensuring effective support for remote learners and academic staff.
