The Open University Library offers an information service for the external community to assist in completing your research project successfully.

Our Services

You can get the main library membership for a specific period of time for reference purposes.

We will guide you in finding relevant, quality research papers and other information resources for your research study.

You can get consultation on inserting in-text citations, developing a list of references, and using reference management tools.

We conduct workshops on research methodology, literature searching, avoiding plagiarism, data analysis, and formatting.

Service Charges

The payment should be made to the main library circulation counter at your first arrival.

What we do:

A research consultation service is an appointment with a librarian of the Open University for in-depth support. We will match your needs with a librarian who has expertise in the subject area and arrange a time to guide you.

Who is eligible for this service:

This service is available for any external researcher and research students.
