All registered OUSL students are eligible to use the library for reference purposes.Librarians are available for in-depth reference assistance and locating specific archival materials.
Our circulation desk handles borrowing, returns, and renewals.
Our Interlibrary Loan Service allows you to borrow books from the Main Library or other University libraries. Requested books are delivered to the KRC Library within one week and can be borrowed for up to two weeks.
Our Document Delivery Service provides requested materials as physical or digital copies, with quick and convenient access to the information you need. Materials may include research articles, past question papers, Course hand books, official forms, circulars, guidelines, study guides, and manuals.
Whether you visit the library or need support remotely, our staff can help you find the resources you need through in-person assistance, email, Facebook Messenger, or phone.
Our Current Awareness Service (CAS) keeps you informed about new books, important days, library events, workshops, and Regional Centre activities through Facebook, email, and other channels.
Our One-on-One Help Desk Service provides personalized guidance every Friday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM via Zoom. Get individual support to find information, develop research skills, and explore library resources and services. Reserve your slot.
Our library conducts free workshops to help users develop essential academic and digital skills.
The KRC Library provides a range of research support services to help students develop their research skills.
Modern study spaces, computer workstations, and high-speed connectivity designed to provide an optimal research and learning environment.
Students and staff can borrow library materials after obtaining library membership.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the library, providing convenient internet access for learning activities.

A dedicated space bringing together research reports, journals, conference proceedings, research guides, and other useful resources in one place. Students can also register for research workshops and individual research support sessions to develop their research and academic skills.
A flexible space designed for presentations, group discussions, and collaborative learning. The room will be equipped with multimedia facilities to support PowerPoint presentations, practice sessions, and other academic activities.

Kandy Regional Centre Library
Kandy Regional Centre Library, The Open University of Sri Lanka, Polgolla, Kandy, Sri Lanka.
Bus route - from the Kandy Clock Tower Bus Stand towards Polgolla via Katugastota Road. The journey usually takes approximately 30–45 minutes, depending on traffic conditions.
