Mr. Harsha Balasooriya, also known as Mr. A.H.K. Balasooriya, is currently serving as the Acting Librarian at the Library Division of The Open University of Sri Lanka. Mr. Balasooriya holds a Master’s degree in Information Studies from Leeds Beckett University (UK), which he completed in 2009.
